Well it is obvious windows won't let program to install itself to Program Files without the rights to do so.

Can't find any reports what can be associated with such issues.
There are some crashes in spanish from unregistered user, few in russian from registered user and one in english from unregistered user. Can you register with program so I can know where are your reports and where are not?
-
I send you a PM with the report.
I cant run the aplication now it crashes averytime

Best option for Windojs userese is Format C

I see. You have problems with your installation of .NET framework.
Try cleaning it out and reinstalling it.
-
I have reinstalled .net and SS and it crashes everytime I run
any other idea?
-
Well it still means what there is some kind of problem with .NET installation. It happens rarely (what else would you expect from MS software?)
There is no 100% solution, you can try cleaning out .NET installation completely (there is some special way to do it, you can google it) and reinstall it after it.
But I think it is better to contact MS support and describe your problem:
Error message: "No se puede cargar el archivo o ensamblado 'System.Web, Version=4.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b03f5f7f11d50a3a' ni una de sus dependencias. El sistema no puede encontrar el archivo especificado."
It will happen for any application using this component, so it is not StockSubmitter problem, and I can't solve it :(

Ill try it

Solved with Framework clean tool
Thanks ;)

Np, I'm glad you got it working :)
