Title: Problem with download link

I have tried this link to install the submitter but it won't work. It gives error message as soon as it starts. Tried reloading the download but still nothing.

May be you already download this file to current folder and started installer?
i've checked file now. It's ok ...

I was trying to load unto my laptop also but I can't get past the error messages.

May be Firewall AntiVirus or Router problem? Also your provider can block this link ...
I can send file to tour email if you want.
