It looks like a firewall/antivirus problem.
Try disabling them (including firewall on router/modem) and see if that helps.

I can't reproduce your problem :( Upload works just fine for me.

Can you try uploading manually (with any other FTP client like FileZilla) to see if it is StockSubmitter-only problem or not?

Yes, its only StockSubmitter problem. Filezilla works always without problem.

Does the freeze happen at the beginning or at the end of the upload?

It freezes in about 10% of first photo or video.

That's really weird.
Try disabling "Use large buffer for FTP" option in program settings.
Also you can try enabling "Use EPSV for FTP uploads".
Return both of these options into original state if they won't help.

Please re-check that there is no "firewall"-related options enabled in router/modem settings left.
I don't see any other reason for the problem you're describing. Such problems always happen due to incorrect firewall/AV blocking.

Firewall on modelm is off, Firewall in Windows is off. Antyvirus is disabled.
Fotolia freezes all the time.

Do you have any other network devices plugged into the router (or connected via Wi-Fi) ?
Can you try disconnecting everything besides the PC and try uploading for the sake of the experiment?

Try reducing "FTP threads count" in settings to 2 or 1

Ok. Ive figured it out. Its working now. Ive started OpenVPN and it uploading like a charm.
Tested before again on FileZilla and it freezes also! It freezes and broke connection. I dont know why.
But it works great with Proxy right now. Its clearly not a StockSubmitter fault.

Thanks Niakris for your help and time. Keep your great work!
