Impossible for me to submit to canstock. Am I the only one?

If you are using the webform sometimes it won't work in ie and I have to open up Firefox.  It did work in ie today though.

Noone else reported any problems.
Can you describe it more detailed?
Do you get any errors?

It is a release problem.
Is it necessary to upload a models photo to canstock (in stocksubmiter say optional)? Or release size restrictions?

This field is optional in StockSubmitter because most of the agencies do not require it.
But canstockphoto requires model photos so if you want to submit photos there you need to fill this field aswell.
