Hi Niakris,

just trying out the program and not 100% sure if I'm doing something wrong.

1. Can't login to Dreamstime. See 2 attached screenshots.
2. No earnings show up for "123rf", "Clipdealer" and "Panthermedia" I checked correct login data twice. See screenshot.
3. "Files -> Backup configuration ..." does not work. The screenshot ist german and says: The task can't access "ss.db3" because it's (the database) usesd by another task.

Hello Seti,

1. Please try activating FTP manually on the website and see if that helps with settings check in the program.
2. Clipdealer and Panthermedia are supported for uploading by FTP only. Since the program does not touch their websites at all it can't fetch the balance information. It is the same for all the agencies supported for uploading by FTP only. 123rf should work though. Please try starting the submission process to 123rf (check the checkbox to the right of it and click Submit now button) and see if it gives you any error messages.
3. Yes I am aware of that problem and going to fix it soon.
There is workaround that can temporarily help with this issue: close the program and copy C:\ProgramData\StockSubmitter folder to somewhere (to backup) and back (to restore). Please note that the correct folder is ProgramData and not Program Files.
If you are using Windows XP the correct path will be C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\StockSubmitter.

Hi.

I have problem with payment.

I paid for full  Unlimited account on 06.06.2014 for one month. This weekend program gived me info that i have free account (i send you an email, but didn't get any answer). Becouse i had plenty of files to submit i payed for unlimited account again on saturday 28.06.20014, and tooday 02.07.2014 i have free limited acount again.

Hope you'll fix this ASAP.

Based on your payment dates I found your accounts in program and it seems that the problem is related to subscription server creating new accounts for you when you log in from different computer/hardware without e-mail at first.
I removed extra accounts and added 80 EUR to your main account as a compensation for the inconvenience.
Please use Account -> Switch account menu command in program to make sure correct account is being used.
I will also send you a copy of this post via e-mail to make sure you notice this message :)
