Title: SS has broken their uploader

How long is it going to take to fix this mess? I don't know how you guys do it.

A while I guess. Not sure how much did they change it. Will take a look and try to give you some approximation.

Shutterstock submission worked for a while, but it has problems again. Stocksubmitter writes that files are submitted but they are not. They remain in the editing area

Had to upload images at least ten times each today before they "took." Sigh.

So, you are saying that it is not possible to upload to SS at the moment?
I have been moving back to London recently so have not uploaded for three weeks, maybe there is no rush to restart then?

FTP(video) is painfully slow! 50 KiB/s so I give up! I'll try tomorrow, meanwhile there's Sex Pistols documentary on TV so...

All the data is there after Stocksubmitter, even categories selected.  It seems it's just missing the "mark all keywords as correct" part. So I have to hit that manually, then i can submit the files

We have deployed a new StockSubmitter update which should be working correctly.
Please send reports for any errors you get.
