Title: Stock Submitter failing to upload some additional format files (eps) to DT

Looking at the DT site, My Files---->Online files sorted by “Without Additional” looks like Stock Submitter sometimes doesn’t upload the additional files. Looks like the problem started January 2021? I have a few hundred.

Anyway, thought I should post so others can check if they have the same issue.

EDITED TO ADD: I tracked down some of the files in StockSubmitter. All show as submitted and are correctly paired eps10/jpeg

EDIT 2: Niakris, is there a way to force upload of just the additional file? doing this through DT's site is taking forever.

Just curious to know:

Did you ever had a sale of a CTR-file? Is it worth it to upload them?

CTR file? I am having trouble with the vector eps files, do you mean raw files (the other option for additional format on Dreamstime)? Sorry, not sure what yoy are asking

yes, RAW files

Apologies for the delayed response.
The thing is that we're uploading the additional format file along with the JPEG file.
Most of the time it works fine but sometimes they do not correctly pair them :(
There is not much our system can do about it.
