Title: StockSubmitter can Upload to Pond4 but cannot Submit. Why?

I am using SS to post my video clips on Pond5.  However, it is not working.  I can upload the videos to Pond5 with SS, but it is not submitting them. When I go to Pond5, I can see my videos, but none of the SEO data is there.  They are just blank.  I have to do all the SEO manually on the Pond5 website in a browser, which takes a long time and a lot of work.

Is this normal?  Why does SS not work with Pond5 like it does other site like AdobeStock?

Saw the headline, Pond4, that could be it :P

Why not contact stocksubmitter, sounds like it may be an issue on their end?

There's an ongoing issue with Pond5.  Try  deactivating your account (in MS agencies) ***not pond5***.

MS should send you to a catchpa that you have to go through (around 25 times, not kidding)  :(
Use Chrome browser which seems to work best.

If you manage to login you'll have to upload to Pond5 quick as you're usually disconnected again a few hours later.

MS are working on a fix and have said they will allow unlimited P5 uploads for a limited period after.
