Do you have problems uploading to Pond5 too?

I got a message from StockSubmitter today telling that Pond5 is making its anti-bot system more complicated and Pond5 technicians are not answering to StockSubmitter reps.

Let's make inquires here together: https://help.pond5.com

So far most of the users report that it works fine for them.
Except for temporary problems when the Pond5 itself doesn't work correctly (for example, there is a release problem sometimes).

Upload is working for me too. But submit has not been working for a week or so. I always get this error message: "unknown nightmare authentication error #2"

Please next time you encounter this error send a report using Service -> Report an issue menu command immediately.

Try removing the directory C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\Temp\ssnm and restarting the program.
