Hi All

It's been almost 3 months with persistent issues of submitting on Pond5 using Stock Submitter. Has anyone figured out a way around this?

Currently Stocksubmitter will tell me that I need to pass the captcha. However the browser window that it used to display in the past for login does not show up at all so not sure where to pass the captcha.

Please help, there is now a massive pileup of videos for Pond5

The obvious question - have you contacted StockSubmitter about the problem??

Until that's resolved I'd use FTP in batches to upload all those clips....

pond5 unrolled new bot protection scheme for mass uploading which is SS/M+ obviously. why? no idea, why pond5 and any other stock agency thinks the authors should not use any automation in their workflow and do everything manually in wretched and outdated interfaces every agency has, and at the same time the agencies have a 146% right to employ robots and AIs in review process for example.
yet.. SS/M+ reported the issues month ago and has finally developed a solution. you should join their telegram channel to ask for more details, with M+ the solution works most of the time so far.

Couple of times and they've been working on it but it seems like the solution doesn't work consistently. It worked for a week or so some 1 month back.

What is M+? Stock Submitter has been getting people to solve a captcha some 25 times. I did it but somehow even after that nothing is getting submitted.

Absolutely agree about agencies putting stupid security measures in this day and age where AI can even keyword and describe the images. Guess they are yet to upgrade the contributor side systems.

I've just emailed MS Submitter - no reply yet.  I've tried IM stocker - paid version but that is very buggy (IMO) some sites work very well, others don't so just creates more work and doesn't save any time.

MSSubmitter is great been using it a few years just wish they'd get the P5 sorted out (if possible)

I agree, MS has been amazing. Just the Pond5 issue has now resulted in a massive backlog of files for submission.

I use microstock plus and Pond5 for me stopped working couple of months ago. They are working on a solution they tell me. Im not overly fussed as Pond5 does nothing for me anyway.

Just uploaded to Pond5 from MSplus - not much change, they are arriving at Pond5 with no titles or keywords.  So will have to add them manually - or not upload anything to Pond5 until (fingers crossed) they resolve the issue.

IMStocker does have a lot of potential, bit confusing at first some agencies (Deposit photos and Dreamstime) don't work too well.  Hope they get things fixed.  Nice people.
