Title: Strange Captcha Error! What to do?

This has happened a few times in the last 24-hours.  I get this pop-up.

However, when I hit continue, it takes me to this blank page telling me to Maximize google chrome (which it is already maximized).

I figured out that it is Pond5 that is causing this error.  This error pops up when SS is trying to submit to Pond5. I still have not figured out how to fix it though.  Anyone else?
