Hi there,
I am almost fed up with Stock Submitter, cannot be that every five minutes something happen with this app!!!
Now, I have the following issue:
- Send a jpg to Shutterstock
- Wait for the Upload to finish, finish successfully
- Click on the checkbox of Submit
- Click on the button "Submit now"
- The process start, I see the "Submit..."
After this nothing happen, even after few minute it stay like this
If I click on the abort icon (cross in red round button) nothing happen.
What is the scope of the Abort button if this is not working???
What is going on???

Please repeat submission attempt and if it'll stuck for a minute again, send error report via Service -> Report an issue menu command.
Text does not matter, even "123" will do.
The log that is being sent with the report will help to see what is wrong.
I am sorry that you're experiencing so many problems, this is not a common thing.
The nature of the automatic submission tool does not let to make it 100% working for everyone out of the box. Instead, we offer quality support and help new and old users to resolve any problems that raise asap. Once problems are solved, the software lets you to save lots of time for better things :)

Just sent out the Report while stuck on SS Submitting.
I have tried on new and old uploaded photos but, nothing, always stuck on SS.
Submit is working fine for DT and FT.

Thanks for the report.
It was an error in the handling of ShutterStock's Internal Server Error by the program.
I've fixed it in the new update and it should not get stuck anymore.
