Title: Uploading videos to RevoStock

I've tried using Stocksubmitter to upload videos to RevoStock but there is an error message of "No video options". Is this because Stocksubmitter doesn't support uploading video to RevoStock? Or am I missing something?

Oops, just figured out what's wrong... I haven't edited the advanced metadata. Is there anyway to delete this post?

When you press the advanced metadata button, you got four options, make sure you select the video preview and also enter the details under "video submit options". You need to fill out the details in "submit parameters" as well if you're uploading to Shutterstock, Pond5, Clipcanvas or Alamy.

Ok i already checked this. Uploading ist working but upload of meta data ist working not.
There are pending files with random titles and no search tags pending at revostock.
If i want to submit the metadata stocksubmitter manually, it`s not uploading.

So you mean you can upload the file to Revostock but can't submit automatically with Stocksubmitter?

No :) I can upload the file but i can not upload the metadata. All the files at revostock (pending) have titles like "§()%U/§%()NJNK"

This can mean that the submission is not happening for some reason.
Please try running a submission to RevoStock once (check only the checkbox to the right from RevoStock name in StockSubmitter, uncheck all the other uploading & submission checkboxes, click Submit now button) and send report via Service -> Report an issue menu command directly after the timer until Next submission is reset back to 15 minutes.
