Post by: leaf on June 24, 2012, 13:58
as the title states, is it just Pond5 you can submit video to or does Stocksubmitter also submit video to other sites like Shutterstock, iStock or Fotolia?

Ok, thanks.

When I have a video selected and try to upload to Shutterstock it says the video file is too low of a resolution (it is an HD video).  I'm guessing it's trying to upload it as an image.  How do I get stocksubmitter to upload the MOV file as a video... or see it as a video

At the moment StockSUbmitter only uploads 1080p videos. I'll fix it soon.

Also check what the .mov file name matches .jpg file name.

the .mov and .jpg files are the same and it is a 1080p video but it doesn't doesn't want to upload to anywhere but Pond5.  it just shows a red dot saying it is low resolution.

Mind sending me both .mov and .jpg via Skype so I can test it and find the problem?
