DT has been my best earner for iPhoneography.
I also have images on Fotolia Instant and Stockimo but no sales on either yet.
EDIT: a couple sales on Fotolia Instant with 7 images.
My best iPhone earner on DT sold again last week for $10.38 - it's an editorial image that is usually licensed as a credits sale. Nice to make a little extra from iPhoneography. I've also had iPhone images that I've uploaded to Alamy as reportage zoomed on recently so I'll have to see how they do. "m not turning in my Nikon yet LOL

i have only tried eyeem and fotolia. fotolia rejects nearly everything I sent, eyeem takes most of it.
I would like to try dreamstime and twenty20 next.

I went on to check my fotolia/Adobe sales and they just licensed one of my Fotolia Instant iPhone photos today - they also licensed another iPhone image for me a while back - so I've had 2 sales with 7 images on Instant.

I have uploaded some editorial photos taken from my phone to SS and 123RF as regular uploads. One of them has 100+ sales, another with 50+, and many with 10+.

Three sales through the SMART collection by Westend61, netting me 130 (about $150).
A few sales with mobile shots on Stocksy United, not sure because I don't really remember which of my shots were mobile or from my Sony NEX.
A handful of sales through Fotolia Instant. I don't track separate sales on Shutterstock and others.
Quite a few sales on EyeEm/Getty over the last year.
Just started a mobilestock experiment on my blog three weeks ago where I upload on Snapwire, Twenty20, Foap etc. First sale on Twenty20 for $1.

I signed up with twenty20. The files are not exclusive right? I cannot find anything about exclusivity on their site.
IŽll upload the files that are not exclusive to eyeem plus a few other things that interest me.

I dont really like the mobile DT , its like dead for me , i mean i dont even get views on pictures after the photo isnt consider new.

No, I read someone got paid an insignificant amount for a stockimo sale on their forum. Its probably like any other sale with alamy, some are good, some aren't.

You asked about DT:
I have just a handful from "Assignment" contests on there. They all keep selling even nearly two years after uploading - probably because they are exclusive due to the "Assignment" rules. I may pull them off exclusivity when the two years lapses and try them on the other phone app sites, though then they'll lose their DT rank. DT often does okay for me, so I may just leave them there. For the iPhone pix, I get some $10 credit sales and some $0.42 subs. It's a mix. They get licensed fairly regularly.
I don't think DT has an actual app for phone pix - I'm not on there much but the ones I have on there were from an assignment asking for iPhoneography.
I've toyed with jumping on the band wagon and uploading more mobile pix, but I feel like it's a fad and really wonder how many people who are paying for photos (even if they're paying very little) want to pay for an iPhone photo?
I know one woman at Alamy who sells a lot for good prices on Stockimo but she has hundreds of iPhone pix and she shoots them like studio work and does a lot of post.

I only heard about Foap this week. My only doubt is about the personal information thay ask you to become "verified". They ask you to grant acces to your paypal account and have all kind of personal data taken from there, such as address, birthday and others...it never occured to me that any other agency ever asked me more than my paypal mail for paying me. What do you think about this? I'd like to give them a chance but this is really bugging me

i have 100 images on twenty20 and two sales, one for one dollar, one for 9 dollars. I upload via tablet or iphone, but most pictures were taken with normal cameras.
I have 1400 images on eyeem, but only one sale on eyeem itself for 9 dollars. But I have 880 images over on getty through eyeem and get between 100 to over 200 dollars a month.
But on twenty20, the images are not exclusive, so I plan to upload a lot more images that I reprocess smartphone style. For eyeem they are exclusive, but I will continue uploading the content that wouldnŽt sell elsewhere.
Main income is from normal stock sites, but smartphone stock is a lot of fun, so IŽll keep doing it.

I submit images to DT through its mobile app but as someone said above.. Not even a single view.
And yes ss has an android app which allow u to upload mobile images. I have some uploaded via this route recently but no sale yet.
I have not yet tried eyeem. It seems interesting. Will see it

Newbie here! I just got my iPhone 6s and travel a lot, so I am hoping that I can learn/earn by participating in some of the contests on Twenty20 and Snapwire (before I make the jump to some of the bigger agencies?)
I'd appreciate any thoughts you may have on these sites? Any tips/tricks for capturing great shots on my 6s? Are there better sites than Twenty20 and Snapwire for mobile photography?
What about mobile video? Any resources for shooting great sellable footage?

I don't see the point in doing that, I already have enough places to sell DSLR photos.

I don't see the point in doing that, I already have enough places to sell DSLR photos.
They (Twenty20) also seem not to read IPTC information from files after upload :( Do you keyword your files manually after uploading?

Who have you guys found to approve the most cell phone pics, the easiest?
Fotolia for me seems to be easiest to take the few I've submitted. Keywording on the fly on a mobile is a pain, though. I can't see this being time effective, or cost effective... but it's fun if you're bored. Not sure I've ever sold any of my mobile uploads yet. I remember Shutterstock seeming a bit tougher to get approvals on them.

Yup, SS rejected a bunch of mobile photos from my last set due to quality issues. Istock, fotolia and 123rf seem to be more ok with them. Haven't had a sale yet though.

Used them all, or so I thought. Stockimo, Fotolia instant, snap wire, and The dreams time companion. Without a doubt, Fotolia is my fave. 8 sales in 2 months I've been on. (I am a newbie) so I was happy with that. Turn around time is good, but they don't take editorial, and you can't edit photo info after you upload. DT is really easy to use and has a VERY relaxed acceptance rate IMO. (1 sake there, 88 photos up, many views) Stockimo? Eh. No view counter, so you can't even tell if you're photos are being looked at and no sales for me so far.

Mobile for mobile, or for a small display/print. It cannot be compared with DSLR by quality, if not post-processed and downsized. Anyway, the main stop for me is typing on a small screen :-)

But DT used to be my bigtime winner in sales, so I put all my effort in that portfolio, and uploaded about 450 at them. Sales (and views) were coming in regularly (not enough, but fun). So I made an extra effort and pushed my portfolio above 500 (37 now). Since then (2 months now), no sales anymore, and almost no views. Anyone else noticed this strange kind of behavior?
Luckily my iStock, FT and SS portfolios kicked off, so I put my effort there now.

Same thing here. Funny, Shutterstock has now exceeded Fotolia for in a very short period of time. Dreams time has been, to put it nicely, a big disappointment. Lots of views for many of my photos uploaded early, and like the previous poster, figured, this is the place to be! After my honeymoon period, very few views, no sales.
With SS, I really like the key wording, as they suggest really good key words. Mobile upload is easy, and they take editorial! Another thing is I feel that with SS, you are getting on the best stock site in my opinion, meaning the best quality photos are being posted, and that if you can get accepted there, your photos have a good chance of selling. I feel DT is too lax with their acceptance, taking many photos just to say "We're the biggest"

Not that I am aware of - it is a reflection that they are a social media site first and market second. For that reason, I am selective about what I put up there. On the flip side, the collection gets high exposure on Getty, and I get regular reasonable sales for images that otherwise would not be accepted at Getty. Uploading via web is easy compared to other mobile apps, and auto keywording is pretty good.

I use An iPhone 6. Although, I must say that Alot of them are rejected too. Especially if I process them (using enlight).

Oh, same here, although i guess i dont post process them as much as i would a RAW file from my camera. Need to figure out shooting with a phone from scratch

I've kind of had it with all the changes at the (greedy) microstock agencies.

I'm also seeing a good increase in mobile stock. But macro stock isn't really working anymore. Which one works well for you? I'm on alamy and used to be on photographersdirect.com

I always find keywording too troublesome at Alamy, my portfolio there is tiny and sales are almost absent. Not sure if they change the keywording procedure at Alamy nowadays.
In order of importance for me at the moment: Westend61, Getty, mobile, microstock agencies with Westend61 getting my best images and microstock my worst.

I'm don't upload too much iphone clips as I love using my professional cam but in some instances mobile clips are great. Must have it in manual mode to stop the aperture from flickering and I also put it in manual focus. One of my best selling clips on Getty was filmed on my old iphone 4s quite a few years ago. Still sells today. As long as you use the equipment to its full advantage the content will sell the clip and do all the hard work for you.

Since I use Pixendr app for Androidhttps://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.app.pixendr (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.app.pixendr) uploading directly from mobile is more fun and easy and earnings started to fly for me. I currently submit to 10 agencies but Fotolia rejects a lot :(
My best earners for mobile content are by far Shutterstock and Dreamstime.
