i am veeery happy to let you know about the improved Pixendr app for android! For me, the biggest pain in the ass in the submission process was the keywording. Now this is a piece of cake with automatic keywording in Pixendr. I am thinking of a Photoshop plugin. But not yet since this a way too big investment for me :(
But remember that Android app can load pictures from dropbox
