Mostphotos - Images sleeping on the ftp server but not transferring on the site

I have a lot of images appearing on the ftp server, but no one is shown on the Mostphotos Media Cloud.

Only me?

I sent them a email but they did not answered.

same here. I have about 50 images sitting there not in my port.
