What great communication between the people that run the company and the photographers.   It's great that they consult people and not just rush in and implement changes before notifying anybody. And in light of recent events it is a lesson that some of the other companies could do with learning.

If it weren't for the stupid ranking/comment system they have I would give them a try.

The ranking system wont last long , the way it is now. There are some threats on the forum about that as well.

WE decide a lot on Mp. Dont just sit around and complain, without telling them.  If we talk about it they listen...
