The uploading may be inconvenient, but they are now no long "beta."  The site seems to be "live," and sales jumped from 72 total to 100 total.

I really hope the site takes off.   And, I hope they make uploading and keywording easier.

Any improvement in the license agreement?  It was very weak, not even prohibiting reselling the image.

Yeah... I don't know about that. I like the idea of this site, but there's just... something fishy about it. If it's really run by one student with no cut going to him then it's going to run into hardware limitations anytime soon. With 10,000 online he's going to need new hard drives. And... half a year and 100 sales. I'll keep watching, but not going to go wild about it yet.

I looked around the site, and it has changed quite a bit.  For one thing, I'm pretty sure it has gone corporate, or at least incorporated itself as Mediatronic Limited.  Second, they've improved the license agreement:

(c) The Buyer may use the Content for advertising and promotional work including brochures, packaging, presentations, video, commercials, catalogues, books and book covers, magazines, newspapers, editorials, newsletters, broadcast and theatrical presentations; electronic publications, including web pages to a maximum of 700 x 500 pixels and other reproductions for personal use or promotional purposes as specified above and any other uses approved in writing by BigWhiteBox, but NEVER for resale or license.

The site looks more professional, in general.  I'm not sure what this all means, but they are still donating all proceeds, beyond operating expenses, to charity.
