ArtBeats. Have you have some experience with them?
I have signed with them more than year ago. Submitting only via media (no ftp). Publishing quite slow (2-3 months). Selling in higher prices, good commission.
Thx for feedback and your experience.
Peter

No never heard of them.

But I presume because you've chosen to ask people about them as your first post here it can only mean one or two things.

1. You run the site and are trying where so many have failed before by coming here under the guise of being an innocent contributor.

2. You genuinely are a contributor to the site and after a year you've found the sales are so terrible that you felt the need to ask others if they too have had the same bad experience there.

Whatever your answer it's enough for me to not bother checking it out.

Artbeats has been around for a long time (much longer than the Micros or this forum).

They already have their place established in the footage industry.

I was under the impression that they only took exclusive stuff. Maybe I have to check again...

I remember some tiemlapse people sell their footage with them and said they were good.  I might apply one day.

I signed non-exclusive contract, although they were asking for exclusivity on the beginning.

I do not run and I do not own the site. I am their contributor as well many other agencies. The reason of my question was poll list - I was missing some of my agencies (where I am submitting).

The poll is for microstock, low prices sites.  Aren't ArtBeats higher priced?

Slightely yes. Comparing with Pond5, iStockphoto or ClipCanvas. AB is focusing on broadcast quality/customers, while iStockPhoto/Shutterstock/Fotolia have mainly low res (web) customers. That is my experience with sales of my clips. Artbeats is pricing HD: broadcast $199/ low res $79. I am pricing (Pond5, ClipCanvas) full HD clips $90-$150, iStock have $90. To other webs I am submitting low res only not to be in price conflict.
