Anybody know anything about this site? They only have 229 images. Can't tell if there is a review process. Where are they are located?

Hard to tell...if you look into the agreement, it says "s Web site shall be governed by the laws of the Sighetul Marmatiei and the federal laws of Romania a" and if you look at the CEO address, is in Tujunga, CA , I guess thats califonia? So.....You can take your guess...

It seems to be run by Vasile Tiplea. Quite an impressive portfolio of achievements according to his Linkedin page.

There is a review process, and metadata doesn't travel with the upload. It has to be added manually.
