Never heard of them.
Many of the pics are on 123RF, some also on CanStock (from the ones I clicked on).
Sometimes they don't credit the photographer on the page:
http://dubistock.com/stock-photos/rido130400035-19339040.html *

and sometimes they do (Andres Rodriguez)
http://dubistock.com/stock-photos/andresr120500915-13877125.html

* but rido is the tog's name on 123RF, don't know why it's not on the page, but more that I happened to click on don't have the tog's name on the page than do.

Well they seem to have my portfolio including images that were just accepted two weeks ago. They use my real name instead of my username, and not many sites do that. So, they are probably an affiliate of some other site. (Hopefully)

I'm not sure how legal removing the author's name from a file is.
Probably the law about this is different in different countries.

The watermark is the same as the Value 10 collection on Inmagine (the stuff mirrored from 123rf)

http://dubistock.com/stock-photos/noblige130200007-17647244.html
http://www.inmagine.com/noblige1302/pro17647244-photo

My stuff isn't there (as it's now gone from Inmagine's mirroring now they've honored the opt out setting for their parent company)

I don't care any more, but I wonder if DubiStock takes a cut and then pays Inmagine a portion, then they take 40-50% and pass on the rest to 123rf from which pittance the contributor gets a royalty. How many bites of that apple make sense to anyone but the agencies grabbing a bit more of our cash?

Why couldn't 123rf do a deal directly with DubiStock instead? At least that would give the buyer what they want (assuming they want DubiStock) and more money would go to the contributor

I found all my Middle East images on their site too, no authors name on files, nada...
Just opted out the partner sales at 123rf!
Anyone knows how long does it take untill the images disappear from Inmagine?
I also send an email to 123rf support with this question.

Just opted out of Their PP today, maybe that will stop me getting any more 16 cent downloads.

The promotional video on YouTube is quite funny, talks about professional human translators of the keywords (no more of funny google translation from English to Arabic keywords), but in the video the voice seems to have been done on google translator.  ::)

Looks like my previous post was removed/deleted, why? Admin?

I've got the answer to my delete request on 123rf today and they already removed my images from Inmagine. After this happened, I checked at Dubistock and couldnt find any of my images there - the proof, that images came from Inmagine!

Just checked one category of pics on Dubistock and pleased to say that none of mine are there now.
Interestingly enough the only ones which are there are the exact same images which appear on Dollar photo club plus a couple of totally misplaced irrelevant images.

It's not just the voice, but the sentences are virtually pidgin they're so bad! At the end it says "Photographer? What you wait?" as but one example of the truly awful mangled English. Why do a video in English if you're trying to serve the arabic-speaking markets? And if you are planning to try and attract English speaking photographers, get someone to help you with the text.

Hello
we did not receive any email from you, it is our pleasure to contact us on [email protected] [nofollow].
We have an API agreement with 123rf, so that any photographer have portfolio there, his photos will appear on Dubistock, and in this case we pay to 123rf which pay to him then.
for sure he will not have a portfolio on Dubistock, because his photo will sell through 123rf , not immediately through Dubistock.
We provide many benefits for photographer, the most important of them , that we are the first website on web provide arabic and english keywords by human translated keywords"not automatic through google" , which mean that this photos will appear on google for people searching on both arabic and english, which make more profit to any photographer.
we are located on Dubai , United arab Emirates.
and we are ready to answer any questions..
thanks and best regards

so we show the name of photographer provided by 123RF API, if not we are showing only image ID.
it is our pleasure to contact us on [email protected] dubistock.com

Dubistock, why is your promotional video on Youtube so amateurish? It looks like it was created by a 10-year old for the price of $10 and a Happy Meal. There are many grammatical errors (surprising for an agency that claims to put a lot of effort into translation) and I assume the voice-over has been done with an automated text-to-speech.

As a buyer, I would never go there.
