EyeEm told us Getty had technical problem. But we all know  it's wrong, we already received Getty's earnings this month.

It's more like EyeEm stole our money this month. I have an idea. Is everybody can report this app scams on Google play and Apple store?

The point is to let this company down to make justice in Stockphoto Industry.

Same here. But they have been late before. Sometimes it seems that whenever reports from Getty are postponed for a day, EyeEm needs an additional two or three days until earnings are reported. Today is a bank holiday over here in Germany, so I guess nobody is working in their Berlin offices and it will at least take another day until earnings show up.

Ramzi Rizk (one of the EyeEm founders) has replied in a Facebook group that the problem is on Getty´s side. EyeEm has not received their report yet. And from what I´ve heard from another contributor Westend61 haven´t received a Getty report either.

I'll hijack this old thread to ask a question:

My earnings page says:
I have $321.50 of earnings, "Ready for payout"

Underneath it says:
Total Earnings: $ 6.27 + $ 321.50

What is that $6.27?

Got one too, 0.2.
I'm new to Eyeem, so is that it for the last month (lol) or it's a realtime reporting (doubt since it's Getty)?

I had 41 sales and got 128 dollars. Lowest sale was 10 cent, highest 40 dollars.

Loads of sales below 50 cents, then a few over 10 dollars.

What I really miss are the eyeem direct sales, haven‘t had one in months.

My top sale this month, a highly innovative picture, for your inspiration...;)

I left EyeEm in January 2021 over their change in royalties and the significant drop in royalties. I think at that point, the lowest royalty I had seen was 21 cents - at the time, it seemed outrageous :)

Unless you're seeing some reasonable number of high royalty sales to balance out this one-cent-wonder, why stay?

You are completely right - no reason to stay :-)

havent had a sale in years and recenty i had one sale of 10 cents via adobe and the 1 cent via getty.the 1 cent image was very good for my eyes to receive just 1 cent.
this agency got greedy like shutterstock and they robbing the contributors.also people complain to their fb that they dont receive their payments in time.
i agree with jo ann WALK AWAY.i d rather stay with ss even with the 10 cents joke than them
not to mention their moronic rejection massage you prob get  from an AI  THE IMAGE WASNT SELECTED FOR THE MARKET PLACE without any  clear reason why
i still remember when someone got 1 cent for a very commercial image like the ones you see in magazines with a model of course and he left the very same day

Not sure if it helps, but these are my earnings from my last 10$ payout threshold:

0.25 (Adobe)
0.07 (Getty)
0.15 (Getty)
0.34 (Getty)
0.01 (Getty)
2.75 (EyeEm)
0.34 (Getty)
0.11 (Getty)
0.02 (Getty)
0.34 (Getty)
0.53 (Getty)
0.16 (Getty)
0.08 (Getty
0.20 (Getty)
0.04 (Getty)
0.25 (Getty)
0.10 (Adobe)
0.45 (Adobe)
2.86 (Getty)
0.60 (Getty)
0.06 (Getty)
0.55 (Getty)

I don't have much files online at EyeEm, only a few hundred.
Figures speak for themselves, not really worth it.
It would be a different story with more direct sales at EyeEm, but they are shrinking month after month so it seems.

I only had one bigger two digit sale this year on EyeEm, and it still was a partner sale at Getty.

I closed my account with that mob a long time ago, it took them 3 months to remove the photos from getty and they did not pay me the sales I had during that transition. Eyeem is a bad collection with a bad percentage in an agency that already directly offers a low percentage.
I feel like eyeem stole me
