Title: How do you feel about the services that resell images from photoshots?

Recently a friend said that he buys images not in the photobank, but through programs and websites, such as:
getallstock, shopdiz and androna space.

They do not transfer the license file, but only the images themselves "For enlightening purposes"
The latter, however, transfer the license to the images purchased for iStosk.

I think it's wrong >:(
