can't say i have seen it before, but first impressions are: I get turned off by stock sites who have google adwords on their website.

If they are making money selling images, they shouldn't have to advertise other business with adwords.

Unbelievable.  That site looks as bad as camera-shot phone photos.

well they are obviously new since there was only about 10 images in the database, some weren't too bad though.  They seem to be marketing quite a few icons and such though - perhaps more prominantly than photos. 

On the stock photography area however, there was a large color add for dreamstime :-\
