I will say at the start, I have tried to resolve this on 6 occassions and been told by the site I am wrong.

Since December 2008 my earnings have appeared one day, and then dissappeared the next. They go up and down seemingly without reason. Also, I have disabled all the subscription options and made all photos $50. Yet whenever I log in I see 30 cents for something.

My records show numerous sales this year which should have come in at $15 each.

There is no 2009 monthly royalty statements. I just checked again and my total accrued is 30 cents.

Anyone else having problems?

I have 3 EL sales from April (who knew??) that I have not been paid for yet. Starting to wonder if there is a glitch. It's my understanding that payment goes out at the end of the month.

If your balance was more then $10.00 at the end of April, then you will get payed in the middle of June.

I received my SV and Veer payments today. Payments from SV and Veer are done on the 15th of each month - if you earned enough money (>$10) you should have been paid today.

Note that SV has a 45 day waiting period so that your May 15 payment is from sales in March. Veer doesn't have the waiting period, and your May 15 payment is from sales in April.

Also note that on SV the royalty statement is not updated unless you sell something. The amount shown at the top (e.g. Current month accrued royalty: USD 8.40) never seems to be updated or accurate - you have to click on a month to see your earnings. If a month is missing this means you didn't make a sale that month. This may be the cause of your problems, litifeta.

Thanks but my knowledge of how SV works is NOT the problem.

The problem is:

1. There is no 2009 and associated months AT ALL in my royalty statements. The last is December 2008.
2. I have regularly checked. And all the accrued royaties that should now appear in months Jan, Feb, Mar, Apr are gone.
3. I have each file disabled for subscription sales. Yet all of the accrued sales recorded this year except for 1 are at 30cents. This is impossible.
4. My records show I have recorded 35 sales this year. This should mean I have $525 owed, yet my total owed is 30 cents.

What earnings?  ;D
(oh wait... I only uploaded 10 and when they ruined my keywords and couldn't come up with a watermark, I deleted 7, and priced the 3 remaining at 100$. Maybe they sold, no idea, didn't check them in ages - update : no sales, deleted them - conclusion : waste of time - RIP - it was quite clear from the start it was a programming disaster - too much corporate newspeak, too little down to earth coders)

The SV site has more holes than a block of Swiss cheese. I tend to agree that the problem is with the site, rather than with you... BUT... how are you going to prove whether they are ripping you off?

For the record I had bursts of activity last year, but absolutely no sales this year from a portfolio of 84 images, including proven sellers on other sites. When I was supposed to receive a payout, it didn't happen automatically, but an email to them fixed the problem.
