Just found a lot of my images on their site. As they are sold by subscription only, it is quite possible they are there legally (e.g. partnership with some other site, though I could not find any exact match).
What bothers me - their copyright info. All my images say

I know that there are a lot of people in this group who are pretty fluent in related laws. So my question is: even if the usage is legal, isn't such copyright notice a violation?

Fotosearch sells Canstockphoto images, so maybe that's where they come from - subs only is odd nevertheless.

Bringing this one back from the dead. Following a search looking for images in use, I found StockphotoPro has 84 of my images for sale. Odd part is it says June 2009 on them.
No I was never with Canstock. These are some pretty small size, odd shots.
Anyone else have experience with this place? I searched the MSG forum and didn't find the answer.

it's a very old collection of my stuff. Really got me wondering :) for me they are old alamy images, apparently they also resell canstock's
