Hi,

Please feel free to contact us at any time by clicking the "Contact Us" button at the top of The3dStudio.com and we'll get back to you as fast as we can.

As for FTP, we actually don't allow it into our datacenter because of the security risks it would bring into our datacenter and servers. Instead, we have a very nice web based uploader that will easily let you upload many (hundreds to thousands) of files at one time. Give it a shot, it's very fast and easy to use.

If you have a lot of files (5000 or more) please contact us and we can offer other options like sending us a DVD/hard drive of your files if needed.

I have been trying to upload my illustrations and have found the upload process to be really frustrating.
The uploader itself is very good, but once you come to "creating the products" you sometimes have to sit and watch a loader graphic for ages when you select a category then again when you click to move on to the next image. Very annoying if you have over a thousand uploads to do. Multitabbing doesn't help either.
Even more frustrating is that you can't contact anyone through the site, you clicking "Contact Us" takes you to some radial buttons, when you click the right one you get sent to the FAQ but clicking the "If your question is not answered in our help section please contact us" link just gets you back to radial buttons so you get stuck in a loop.
Infuriating.

I have tried the contact button again and it seems to only do this for some of the radial buttons or FAQ sections.
Things seem to be going a bit more quickly with the loader now too, but it would still be nice if you only had to wait once you submitted the image.

I am with them now for 1 1/2 years. And they are a low earner for me, but I have sales there every month. The uploader is ok for me. The reloading of the page when picking categories is annoying but I can live with it. If you are allready with all the big agencies and look for addition, then The 3D Studio is one of the agencies you should consider of adding to your list.
