i cant find any info here or on zoonar faq tabout how to decide among  their partners - the 3 have conflicting conditions:

Fotofinder. Requirements: Minimium of 10 keywords, Price category: Premium, Licence category: All
APIS network. Requirements: Minimium of 10 keywords, Price category: All, Licence category: All

Polylooks. Requirements: Minimium of 10 keywords, Price category: Microstock, Licence category: Royalty-Free

so, what's your strategy?  do you set all images to premium and submit to fotofinder first? then resubmit wsith changed licensing to polyfinder?

seems like it's not possible to change price after submitting to fotofinder:
"Einige Bilder wurden nicht in die gewnschte Preiskategorie verschoben, da sie bereits an einen anderspreisigen Partner weitergegeben worden sind." (Some images not moved in the desired price category, since they have already been submitted to a partner with a different price)

so you have to choose: I chose microstock price and Polylooks + APIS, since basically I upload to Zoonar because they pay 15 cents. Not sure if it's a good strategy, but I don't have any information about sales potential of partner sites.

mine are all micro images on zoonar so I just put them to apis and polylooks (did score a sale through apis last month that brought me in 92 euros commission)

Anything which is on the other micros I set to microstock and submit to Polylooks and Apis.

The few rare pics I think deserve a higher price I set to Premium and submit to Fotofinder and Apis (those are not on any other micro agency).

Time will tell if this is the right strategy... ::)

I just started submitting there. I have some photos that are approved through zoonar but are waiting to be approved by polylooks and apis I think. It was hard to understand the process there. Once they are excepted to polylooks is that when you receive money for each upload?

Yes, when they are accepted to PL you'll receive your 15 cents (-cents, that is  ;D).

Thanks, I assumed that was the way it worked. Also I noticed when I ftp my files using filezilla it takes awhile for them to show up. It seems like some of the batch is there and then the next day there is more from that same batch. Anyone else notice this?

They automatically take 50 images from your uploaded ftp files each day and add them to the queue (daily upload limit 50 files).

Yes, they automatically take the maximum allowed number of pictures each day from the FTP queue

So I could upload my whole portfolio and then they would get to it fifty at a time? I have been just uploading fifty here and there when I get some extra time.

If you are a Microstock-Photographer you should choose the combination:

Polylooks and Picturemaxx/APIS/DFJV

It makes no sense to offer Photos at Fotofinder for 150,00 Euro and more, if they are in sale at other agencys for 0,50 Euros. The combination Picturemaxx/APIS/DFJV and Fotofinder is for all your "normal pricing" Fotos like you have at Alamy, Corbis and so far... APIS and Fotofinder is also a good choose for editorial Photos. Polylooks is RF-Licence, you can`t sell editorial Photos there.

Picturemaxx is a good choose for EVERY Price and Licence-category at Zoonar, because it is for free. We are not taking every Photo to this Partner (some are rejected) but you don`t have to pay for that additional service and we have good sales there. There are many Agencys who don`t offer the Picturemaxx-Network-Portal for free...
