As of end of April 2020, i have crossed the minimum payment amount set in my shutterstock account. It didn't look like SS will be processing my payments in May 2020.

Is it because my tax declaration was not submitted? Does SS not process when tax document is not available?
or do they withhold 30% and still process your payment?

Today(01-May-2020) I submitted the tax declaration (Form W-8BEN). If this was the case, i hope it will be taken up for payment processing in Jun 2020.

Please throw some light on this so that i can get some idea on this. Thanks in advance.

This information is in their support docs - you need to have approved tax documents in place prior to the start of the month to receive automatic payment for the prior month
