is there any easy way (like uploading a .csv file) to keyword items at alamy? or does it have to be done individually for every single photo?

thanks!

I'm pretty sure you can't upload a .csv file, but Alamy does read metadata, though you still have to choose your supertags manually. You can batch-edit files, but that's an easy way to get into spam territory.
Also be aware - I and others were caught out by this - that you have to positively deselect an image/s before selecting an/other image/s to edit, or your 2nd file edits get appended to your first file/s.

In case you haven't seen them (and even if you have, someone else might find the resources useful):

And if you bulk edit, or try to, keywords, like supertags, and select all, I've had all the descriptions change to the same as the first image. I corrected one word, and 50+ files all had the same description, which meant I had to go back and one by one, fix them.

Bulk edit in LR or Bridge before you upload. Adding supertags later is fairly quick if everything else is already done and the files are ready for other sites if you decide to upload elsewhere.

Just yesterday I asked about supertages being assigned automatically to the first ten keywords on Alamy forum. Since my keywords are already in the order of priority of the first ten, it would be logical to have this option at Alamy. Thanks ShadySue for the info, to bad it is not possible. I find it to be very time consuming to add supertags manually. That star is very small, you have to click super precisely to make it blue, and it also takes some time to turn blue, it has a lag.  So time consuming for larger portfolios.
