Daca e cineva aici din Romania, as avea nevoie de niste sfaturi cum as putea sa trec cu activitatea mea de microstock de pe persoana fizica pe o firma. Sunt curios daca mai exista si alti fotografi care primesc veniturile pe firma sau ca angajati ai unei firme.

Hello, ro photographer here. I'm also interested in this but I have no clue what to start with. Are you trying to get your income through a "pfa" or "srl"?

Someone told me that from Jan 2016 there is a new one called "microintreprindere". Hard to explain in english, but this is better than PFA as he said. My intention is not have my own pfa or srl because I dislike paperwork, I want just to do photography and have taxes and CAS, CASS paid.

Any romanian native language section in this forum? New here. Thanks.

If you are younger than 35 you can create the new SRL-D (D is from "debutant"). I heard that taxes are a little bit lower...

I am not from Romania but outsourced once some business there. If I remember right you can start a one man company with lots of benefits, but I would suggest to move your business right away to a easier jurisdiction without EU/VAT/TAX insanity like Hong Kong or Gibraltar...
