I  think Bigstock customer service might be as good as most cable TV customer service groups. Then again maybe the cable guys are better. I called today to find out about my check request and see if it had been mail to me or lost in the mail. It was for over 1200 bucks. I made the check request  ,payout a month ago.  The person at bigstock customer service said he could do nothing to tell me the status of the check. He said e-mail a request on this to bigstock. I said I had already e-mailed a response to this with no response back from  Bigstock. He said nothing he could do to really help but would try to send a note to account payables.   Is it to much to ask status of a check, payment a month old. I guess it is kinda like getting your cable TV repairman to come out and help you these days. Good luck............

This is Big Stock reply. What do you think of this customer service.? ""The actual day the check is mailed can vary and the time it takes to reach you via the postal system cannot be determined. We ask that contributors allow at least 2 months before contacting Bigstock when they have not received their check.""

I'll have to remember that one next time a bill come due. Let's see how my credit card company responds to that message.

Maybe its cuz you request by mail.  I noticed last week a skrill payment that showed payed in August on BigStock site but skrill never got it.  Contact customer service and got prompt reply and 3 days later apology and the money was xfer to my skrill acct..

I really don't think you can hold BigStock accountable for the mail service wherever you live.  Also, its a good idea not to accumulate so much money in any of your accounts. Mistakes happen and  $1200.00 is a lot to gamble with.

PixelBytes,  that not the point Big Stock wont even tell me if it has been mailed out . Without that knowledge I don't know if it is lost by postal workers or not even cut by Big Stock. As far as accumulating, that is the only good thing for me at Big Stock . My sells add up really fast there. By a month more they will owe me another K or so.

You are making over $1k/month at BigStock?!!  If you say so.

If this is true, then request weekly.

I think Bigstock customer service

There must be a misunderstanding. A customer is someone buying a product or service. You are not a customer but a supplier to these distributors.

Great point, you are correct I am not a costumer. No wonder the poor service, I guess I am only a accounts payable problem. Why should they really care about me receiving funds from them.
