I don't have a paypal account and it's not possible to make one from my country, so I was wondering if I could use my friend's paypal who lives in Europe to withdraw money from microstock sites. I'm just about to get started and I'm confused as what to do about the account setting for money. Please, help me out here!

You’d be better off using one of the other methods for payment. Even though your intent is benign, when you start mixing and matching accounts, you are asking for trouble. It might be construed as some sort of fraud. Maybe if you contact an agency and explain what you are doing, they might be ok with it.

Next up: “My account was closed for no reason at all!”

Don't do that. It's never a good idea to mix money and friendship. You may both mean well, but there are too many opportunities for things to get very, very sour.

Try Payoneer

Don't. Once your friend will be requested to pay tax instead of you.

The main problem here is taxes. Agencies don't give a * whose paypal account you use.

Hi
I use some exchange companies for sharing their paypal account for more than 4 years without a problem at stock market, I found them through internet in our region.
You can set and see the paid money from your dashboards.
Often more stock companies paid money at a specified dates, then just write to the company you use their [paypal] account and request your paid money.
Good luck
