A lot of posts are about finding models and do you pay or TFP but I would like to know how you find interesting interior locations for models shoots and do you pay for the location and if so how much.

Just paid for a gym the other day.
It always helps if u know someone.

You start by asking somewhere you are interested in, emphasizing the point of the shoot is the models in an environment, and not the environment specifically.

I've never paid for a location. Most places are more than pleased to get the images from a shoot. It would cost them a lot if they were going to hire a photographer and model and do something similar themselves so it's a win win situation. If the place isn't interested in swapping pics for location, call another one.
