General Model Release in French ???

(1/2) > >>

hroe:
Do you know if there is a general Model Release in French that is accepted by all Microstocks (the main ones at least)? I upload in the US but will go to France for shooting, so I need a French Model Release...

Thanks!

RT:
If I were you I'd get one signed in their native language, and an exact same copy in English which you then use to upload the images.

I have unbelievable trouble getting Dreamstime to accept my model release which is the standard Getty release written in English and accepted by every agency worldwide, it appears however that Dreamstime editors have trouble understanding it and that English law covers those residing in the UK.

I guess I can play with Photoshop and cut and paste their info on an English release, that's an idea... Just more time consuming...
Thanks!

I wouldn't advise doing that.

Use a release that has both French and English on it...that way it will be good for both!
