Title: Getty
Post by: apagano on November 28, 2012, 16:39
Hello, I am new to stock for about 3 years now.. New to this forum today. My question is what are my legal obligations to Getty in terms of submitting images to other stock agencies, such as Alamy? Only those Getty has formaly rejected? or any ? Or none at all?

Thank You

I have read my agreeent,( see beloe ) I am just looking for clarification regarding what it means. I interpret it that I can submit rejected images
to another agency, but first need to submit to Getty?

Thanks

As I understand it, you need to submit first to Getty only images which have been requested by Getty, either on assignment or for example through tweets they use to request for certain subjects.
