The one thig I've noticed is regardless of the levels the payout is mostly the same, they've probably mathematically engineered it so that you're getting 10 cents regardless.
Levelling up doesn't mean you're getting more money, it's all psychological I think.

While that's far from a positive thing, I guess it is... well... something.
I've pointed that out before, we are paid more than the promised percentage.
But I should add, that 10¢ is still only 10¢. :(
