Title: Help with Istock registration

Keep getting "Error: File uploaded must be in .JPEG Format" whenever I try to upload my photo id. Yet the file i am uploading of my drivers license is in .jpg format so I dont understand why it is not letting me?

Anyone had similair problems and what did you do, or any ideas?

Check if it's not CMYK or in 16 bit color...
