What is the position from Shutterstock / Adobestock on highlight clipping?

I don't mean if the image is something isolated, let's say sun glints in water reflections....

Do you think they review on a case-by-case basis, as they should, or is it more of an auto-rejection sort of thing?

Thanks!

It used to be an automatic rejection along with clipped shadows.

These days I'm not so sure they just seem to accept any old rubbish.

But here's a quick way of getting rid of clipped high lights in photoshop

Create a copy  layer of the image
Apply an exclusion blending mode to that layer
Set the exclusion opacity to 1%
Flatten the image

Bingo no more blown or clipped high lights

Or just cutoff both highlights and blacks with curve for something like 0.1 or less percent. Or cutoff them really good to stay trendy.  ::)

I use it all the time as using the "highlights" and "whites" slider in Lightroom alters the images too much.
