Hello everyone
I shoot stock videos and photos. But I don't want to get paid for downloads. That's why I don't work with stock sites. In the past, I have sold photos to some companies for a one-time fee. Do you know a company that works with this method? Or if there is one that works with such a company, we can work with his profile and half of the profit will be that person. The price can be agreed. I will give the photos and videos in an exclusive form and will not share them anywhere. My work is completely professional. You can see this as an example.

Rights managed licensing is essentially what you're after. Once upon a time that was common, but royalty-free licenses are now dominant almost everywhere.
Where there is unusual or unique content there might be some opportunity, but that will depend on the kind of work you produce. Unless it is radically different from what's available at royalty free-based agencies, it's not a realistic approach in today's marketplace

Perhaps there are people who want to expand their portfolios by adding work for hire content?
Good luck, maybe you can find some producers here looking for more photographers to expand their collection.
