Title: Inspection times
Post by: Sue Burton Photography on December 22, 2013, 04:05
Does anyone know what the average time you have to wait for files to be inspected and approved on Fotolia.
There is very little info on their for contributors and I thought I'd seen a post somewhere that said they were quite quick at assessing files - this doesn't seem to be the case so far unless it's because I'm a newbie to this microstock company.
Thanks

I agree that they are usually quick, compared to many other sites.
However, there's no average time: it varies between a few hours (sometimes even few minutes) and a few days - and not just for newbies.

yes i've had them reviewed (rejected) when they're  loading up - probably the quickest site now canstock seems to have slowed down.

FT review times based on my experience:
- Photos about 2 days
- Vectors under an hour
- Rasters about 1-2 days
