Title: Pending status on 123RF for almost 2 weeks now

I've uploaded my first 15 images to 123RF and status is showing as Pending. It's been more than over week and a half, had contacted them about it , as I was not sure if I need to do anything on my side, to move it along across the submission process, got no answer.

Is this normal?

This is the new normal for them - I have over 300 waiting - some from the middle of September.
I've emailed twice with no response or result from them.

Might drop them then, not sure if they're worth the hassle!

Pending few hundred video files since last year... or the year before, don't know anymore. Time flies but they don't care.

It's the new normal. Write them an email.
