You submit as an individual to Dreamstime?
Then:
1: Name
3: Individual
4: address
5: mostly empty
6: Empty
7: Your number on the tax forms in your own country. (Only when you have one and pay taxes in your own country)
8: Empty
9: a and b. Name of your country in a
10: Empty (for you wrote your country has no treaty)
And at last your full name as a digital signature. This name must be identical to your identification card.
This way 20 percent will be withhold of all sales made by buyers in the US.
All other sales made worldwide will be paid 100 percent.
You can use this taxform for the taxes in your own country telling that you’ve paid this taxes already to the IRS in the US.
I believe that this will be all. Will somebody please correct me if I gave wrong information?

Don't you have to fill out line 6 in the W-8BEN form (with the ITIN-number) to get the full tax benefit?
It seems kind of complicated to get that ITIN number, at least for people not living in Beijing, Frankfurt, Paris or London...

If you are not in US, you dont need to fill the US ID No. I think you can search the template form for your country. That will be useful!
