Hi.

Do you know if SS model release is accepted for babies in the other agencies? I use to fill that one and send it to the rest of companies with adult people.

I'd like to use just one document with the parents.

Thank you very much.

Uso el de iStock para todas las agencias. Pero prueba... Tal vez te funcione mejor.

Right! I use the iStock release model for all agencies. But not sure if the one from SS would do the trick.

So maybe asking the question in Spanish on the Spanish-speaking forum will get you an answer (in Spanish)? You already asked the question in English.

Thank you David. Gonna do the same  ;)

I think that in my country the babies don't have id card with picture. Hope that it work without picture.

Great country.

It was a problem with my english. I have printed a small picture of the baby for the release. No problems at all.

Just Adobe, as usual, rejected two times the releases. Have to include parent's names (both).

In the other companies I think they accept all the releases from the others. No problems.

But that's no problem, Big Brother is always watching: cameras that are in public control include more than 10,000 CCTV units installed by the police and some 60,000 more controlled by local authorities across Britain. The London Tube network alone has 13,000 cameras, with an average of 52 cameras per station. The study estimates that between 290,000 and 370,000 cameras are run by state schools.

But right, and the US has no official national ID either.

There you go, have a parent or guardian sign a model release. Include the model photo, and have a witness sign, all dated the same date. But no wording from the agency, or you might get refused. No agency wants a model release with another agencies name in it.

Thanks for the answers.

I was able to use getty release in all the agencies.

Adobe rejected it and have to include names of both parents in their own model.

You can have one of those cards if you want but in the UK there is no legal requirement to have any id card.  That card has no actual legal status and its advertising is quite dodgy. Most people get by with a driving licence or passport.

I have never heard of a citizencard, never seen one, never seen any requirement for one.

In Scotland we have a Young Scot card which 11-26 year olds get. It gets them a lot of discounts and proves their age for getting into films or buying alcohol or anything age-dependent. It's not actually compulsory, but is pretty much universal. I really thought it was a backdoor way of getting young people to accept the idea of an ID card, but in fact it so far hasn't worked out that way. 27 yos don't get pushed onto anything else.

And in fact, I choose to have a Bus Pass. It's not compulsory, I had to apply for it, but it gets me free bus travel throughout Scotland and down to Carlisle and Berwick, reductions on certain trains and proves my age for senior reductions at cinemas etc. But it isn't universally accepted as ID, e.g. at a bank, I had to go back with my passport. My driver's licence is an old one without a photo.

Both of these, and cards for disabled citizens and their carers are National Entitlement Cards:
