Can Someone explain what Exclusive RF Licenses are, is it the same as being a Exclusive Contributor? Or is it similar to being an Exclusive Contributor except only with a particular image?

Or is it in reference to different ways you can sell your image and if so can someone explain what those differences are?

Where did you find reference to an exclusive RF license?  That might help someone answer your question..

i think it just mean it is only available on the site but not other source..i guess.

Yes, I think it means the image can only be available for selling in a microstock site but not others, regardless whether the contributor is an Exclusive Contributor or not.
