what is correct days of week and time upload files on Shutterstock for active sales in 2018 ? Anyone knows some information about it ?

Doesn't make any difference .
New files don't get the immediate downloads they used to anyway, they take a few weeks to start getting consistent sales in my experience.

The best time to upload is yesterday. As that's not possible, the second best time is now.

Tuesdays between 8 and 9 p.m. and Saturday 3 to 4 a.m.

Monday - Friday and weekends.

For sales it doesn't matter.
