Mhhh did't thought about that - how do i found out if there is a IP issue with the Clothes? The Top is from Promod (something like H&M).

Probably depends on the inspector you get. Doesn't matter if its a multiple chain store which may have sold gazillions of the dress: it's pretty identifiable. I wouldn't even think about using it for RF.

Take plain clothes or with a simple generic pattern in the fabric, like plaid or stripes. Hint for a faster workflow: make sure the buttons have no logo on it.

This is very good advice.  If models are wearing a specific design, even if it is pretty generic (cats, fish, hearts, etc.) I have had them rejected.  Not because they actually were trademarked, but because the inspector didn't know if they were or not.  Better to go with plain clothes and save yourself the hassle.

How sweet!  I really appreciate when the reviewers take time to add personal notes, although of course I realize they can't do it often...

And they are right about the adorable child
