I need to buy and use attached photo for a website. I couldn't find it on known stock photo sites.

How to buy this photo for use?

Not really. Website owner want exactly this image. He likes it. if some other image is better i.e clear and sharper than this, that might also work. But he asked me to use this one.

I don't think you can buy it. My guess is that it's tied to something else...an organization of some kind? To prove your website follows their privacy guidelines?

But if you search the stock sites I'm sure you'll find lots of images that would be suitable.

no, it's not tied to any organisation. i think one can purchase it if they know where it's available. I think i'll have to go for alternative.
