Hello everyone,

Does anyone in the London/South-East area know of a Nikon supplier/stockist that would be able to help fix a Nikon Coolscan, please? We used to use Kingsley Photographic on the Tottenham Court Road but, sadly, they're no more.


Using a Mac OS X, the scanner throws up the following error, seemingly every six months 

picm20.shlb error 

Any advice welcome, I appreciate this is a pretty specialised problem!

Have you tried asking Calumet? They may have a reference for you.
